The husband's colonoscopy turned out good--2 polyps and diverticulosis but nothing drastic. He tolerated it well.

I guess I will be the next one to go to the doctor so I can have this knee checked out.
80.1 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
