yesterday I fasted for 28 hours!! from 2pm the previous day (didnt have dinner or breakfast or lunch) then had a relatively light dinner (bbq chook and salad) and nothing afterwards. I feel super proud of myself but felt very tired and lethargic last night. I'm so pleased that I got my period yesterday. phew! hopefully I will see the scales move down significantly now.
82.5 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
