Been a bit inactive for the last two weeks due to an ankle injury which led to a few bad days but I'm still positive. Had a body scan done which showed that I lost 6.2kg of fat since February 6th and gained 0.8kg of muscle mass. Looking to get going again starting next week and hopefully break that 150kg mark.
153.2 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
