I feel proud that I stuck to my plan today that I came up with last night. it was to have black coffee until lunch time so that I was doing an actual fast 16 hour fast rather than having cream in my morning coffee which technically is breaking the fast. I made up a cream coffee (without hot water) so that it was there when I felt I needed it. it was harder than I thought but I'm changing my mind set on being hungry and the hunger pangs don't make me panic eat anymore. lunch time came and I really enjoyed my cream coffee and lunch. I really didnt need the lunch but ate it anyway. next time I'll wait a bit longer after my cream coffee. I am also proud if doing 300 cals worth of cross trainer in my garage at home. I enjoyed listening to my audio book which really helps the time pass. it was just over 20 mins. well done me! hope to see some good results in the coming days if I can keep this up.
