I just tweeked my knee. I am not sure if I did it during training or if I pushed itt too far on my run. I am going to keep doing some cross training and not run for a few days. This does NOT help with my training program! DANG!
60.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
