an unexplainable gain of 0.4kg over night. I hardly ate anything yesterday. didn't eat till lunch and even just had black coffee at a kids party. had a cheese fat dough pizza for lunch and only a very small amount of pork for dinner with a salad. I've had the runs and no protein bars so you would think that id have lost rather than gained. maybe the upset stomach has had something to do with it, still gurgelling away now. hhhmmm lets hope the losses come back because I was on a roll. no fat head dough for me today!
80.6 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
