these fluctuations are so weird. one little relax and bam ... up a kg! I am proud of myself for yesterday's efforts though and resulting in weight coming back down. exercise included. only a half a protein bar for lunch and dinner was pretty much sausages and cheese. no snacks.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
