I haven't been strictly following my diet this week and the weight has gone up. Looks like I will have to resume strict calorie counting. I am going to the gym today while it still seems to be open to see if a class can be done while maintaining adequate social distancing. Unprecedented times.
53.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
