Did not track last week and know my carbs were higher than usual. Back to tracking today and will see in 1-2 days when the water weight comes off where I am at.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
