I'm have been down on myself lately cause the weight hasn't been coming off consistently like it had been. I thought I had cracked my code with black coffee till lunch but some mornings working from home were getting harder and I was just starting to eat earlier and couldn't see how I'd be able to stick to a 24 hour fast like I've done previously. now I have had a light bulb moment where Ketogenic girls words ring true. listen to your body and fast when it feels right. yesterday I didn't feel like eating so I didn't. simple as that. I did have s bit to eat but not much at all. I made a big amd earlish lunch and just ate the salami and that was enough. just wasnt interested beyond that. I couldn't think of any food that appealed to me so it was easy to go without. later that night after cooking everyone else dinner, still didn't want anythibg substantial so I just had a snack of tea and half a protein bar. thats all i had yesterday and I am not particularly interested in food so far today. I got my period so I'm feeling gross in my tummy but I'm glad its here and hopefully my weight goes down even further tomorrow. a great loss after fasting and period release. proud of myself and for the working out uve been committing to but again .. when I feel like it. I choose my exercise daily depending on what energy levels I want to commit. being in tune with my body feels good.
