my goal for today is to not have a protein stix bar as much as I enjoy them, they upset and bloat my stomach. I'm proud of the exercise I've been putting in. it just gets frustrating going down so much and then a spike in weight gain. yesterday I only had ine meal and a snack and only went down 0.3kg. after a kg gain the day before. wish I didn't weigh myself everyday because it does mess with my head a little but I Just feel like i could spiral out of control of I didn't.
77.8 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
