tomorrow I am going to try to not drink coffee. its going to be hard and I may not make it through the day but I shall try. I read this ... https://mariamindbodyhealth.com/why-i-dont-drink-coffee/ and it makes a lot of sense and gives me hope that I may be able to get my weightloss moving again. lots of water and electrolytes should help.
