dissapointed because I fasted yesterday till dinner time and had a big meal but was way under cals and carbs and even resisted having a keto treat. I was expecting and obviously hoping for a loss but instead a 0.3 gain!! I'm now a kg heavier than I was at the beginning of April. Aarrrggghh sometimes this weight loss game is cruel.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
