Maintaining current weight.
I ran roughly 15m’s the Thursday just gone.
Longest run in a while , devastated as I’ve hurt ankle in the process. Going to see a GP tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞
Sticking to light weights just to maintain.
Diets poor, today I was on track.
First day in a few Easter long weekend will do that.
Worth it.
69 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good thank you. 🙏🏼 The women who took the scan said it was trauma to the tendon perineal tendinitis and slight ligament Tare so grade one sprain I got a scan - ultrasound and X-ray. No breaks thank goodness otherwise it would have been a moon boot and physiologist. Could of been a lot worse. Very lucky! Thank you so much for every checking up on me. How are you? 😊
