Results after 4 weeks.
Weight loss 15.7 kg. 34.6lbs
Exercising walking 10km per day and some weight training.
Calorie intake around 1300 per day on average.
123.3 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
