After two days on the diet shakes, I've lost 400gm - still not much, probably just fluid, but it's the first reasonable move in weight in weeks. Forgot to drink 2lt water for the first 2 days, so that didn't help, either. Experienced awful headaches and aches in neck and shoulders first few days - not sure if it's a Behcets flare-up or a bit of ketosis??? Onward and upward.
