yesterday I had a busy day. I went to the hairdressers then shops and by the time I realised I hadnt even eaten (thanks Keto!), it was 3.30pm. I had half a protein pudding because I didnt want to ruin my appetite for dinner and then a delicious Thai chicken salad for dinner with the other half of my protein pudding for dessert. so id fasted for 20 hours and ate around 840 cals. I'm not planning on doing this on the regular but yesterday it was no sweat and today I am 0.6 kg down! woo hoo! best of all ... I have blasted through my goal of 75kg (74.8kg now). so happy and time to now set my new goal of 68kg! 6.8kg till I'm within a healthy weight range for the first time in my life!
74.8 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
