Bloody Isolation!!.... no keto for 3 months

Only 0.6 on for 3 months no keto is pretty good. I put that on overnight if I walk past a carb....

Oh sorry just realised it was 6 on not 0.6! I feel for you, so hard managing macros that work for you. Try and try again, reset, restart knowing you are honouring your body with healthy food. Good luck!

Ha ha.. If I'm honest I don't think it was just the lack of keto, it was lack of willpower and being much too close to the cupboard and fridge for 3 months... I really needed social distancing from those!! Thanks for the support either way .. back on keto now though so hopefully just a setback.

why didnt you do keto the past 3 months? financial situation? or no gym..if no gym you can do home workouts and exercise in other ways...just interested in this post

@lozzanewport... none of those reasons 😁 Just low willpower, lazy/comfort eating, too much snacking and very poor portion control! But I'm back on track again now.. already lost a few hundred grams in just a few days just by being more diligent with tracking food, investing time in food prep and following strict keto.. I'll get there!

for potion control I use a bread plate for all my meals it helps me realise how much i overeat dont know if that helps
