Ok time to get back into watching what I eat. Isolation and boredom not good for dieting. I’ve been eating fairly healthy just more and sitting down too much.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
