let's try this again. even after losing all of the weight before, I was still no doubt depressed so slipping back into terrible habits was easy to do considering I'm a comfort eater.
131.9 kg Lost so far: 43.9 kg.    Still to go: 46.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I lost 32kg, got injured and lazy and over the past 3 years out 34kg back on. Just got a reality check from my doctor, so I’m back.

You aren't alone, I think the entire world has collectively added extra padding to their bodies! Just focus on a new goal and slowly start working toward it again.. That's what I did and I'm still at the beginning too. Good luck!
