** HOW MANY MEALS PER DAY? **

https://mennohenselmans.com/meal-frequency-science/

A good read if you've got a second and want to know the science behind protein absorption with OMAD, IIFYM, etc..

Basically, as long as your nutrient and caloric numbers are okay at the end of the day, the amount and frequency of the meals isn't that big of a deal.

Interesting. I read every word and understood some of it! 😁 If anything, I am encouraged to change is to distribute my protein more equally between my meals. Normally, I have a high carb, low protein, whole grain breakfast. Gives me energy, but perhaps I should try for a better balance. I tend to get my protein more at my lunch meal and or after a big workout. I don't have protein supplements, so mostly I need to eat flesh ! 😁 Most often I don't eat after mid afternoon. Perhaps that is another place to work on. A small meal instead of easy snacks I long for and which the not eating later helps me to avoid.

Yep, don't let the minors trip you up or stress you out. Total daily or even weekly numbers are what matter.
