Yay!!! my experiment worked, as it has in the past, I wanted to test it out again by purposely increasing carbs and calories for a day to keep my body from holding on to what it's got. As a result of my increased day I gained 0.9kg (was slightly worried that id done the wrong thing) but then had 2 very low cal (800 cals) and carb (less than 10grams) days. lost 1.5kg in that time so as a total I am down 0.6kg from where I was a few days ago! after losing 27.7kg in total, weightloss has been slowing up as I get closer to my goal (only 2 kg away now) so I'm very happy with this result.
