wowsers!! I'm in pleasant shock! 0.9kg loss overnight and a total of 2.3kg down for the week after having 4 days of OMAD (one meal a day) and very low cal and carb with as much protein as I could get in until I was satisfied. This was straight after a higher carb and cal day and I think it encouraged my body to tap into my fat and use it as fuel. I'm going to make note of my macros for future reference so I can tap into it again down the track if I need to get some weight off quick smart. so here is what the last 5 days looked like: 855 cals, 4.5g carbs & 77g Protein; 481 cals, 0.3g carbs & 62g Protein; 761 cals, 5.7g carbs & 43g Protein; 772 cals, 6.6g carbs & 82g protein; 1660 cals, 23g carbs & 87g Protein.
keto absolutely rocks because for the first time in my life I feel like I am completely satisfied by what I am eating and have control over my hunger. I am listening to my body and am eating when I am hungry until satisfied. not just eating for the sake of it when it's meal time. I'm am only 0.7kg off my original goal of 68kg and 1kg away from losing 30kg since Oct 19.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 29 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks jojostep! I have only become a little obsessive about getting results recently because I am just so close and cant wait to finally feel that "I've done it" feeling! So So close but I don't think I'm going to get there this week as it's about to be that time of the month. I really should stay off the scales for a couple of days and just listen to what my body needs. Glad you like my food pics, I'm not hungry a lot of the time but I sure do love to eat! Hope you are having a great start to your week.
