I can't believe I've actually done it! I've smashed my goal and have lost 30kg since Oct 19. I feel on too of the world!
67.7 kg Lost so far: 30 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Love to know how u did it. I was doing cal count. Lost 4.5 kilos over 7 weeks then went on strict keto lost 2.5 over 8 weeks Gone back to strict cal count. And gained 2 kilos 😩😳🥱🤔

Thanks everyone. I started Keto in oct and stayed under 20 grams of carbs and had around 1400 cals. Then as the months went by I started to stall. Dropped the diary and nuts and upped the protein and healthy fats and also dropped carbs to under 10 grams. That's when the weight started coming off fast.
