Back to basics today. Hope everyone had a safe and happy fourth. Will edit starts later, may not. Swam yesterday, total noodle arms. Was funny. Running around today. 😎

I swam early today, much better than yesterday. My arms really were tired. Which is good!!! That was the whole point of it. I think next challenge is to swim 25 days in July.

I also just “juiced” my dinner. Fermented agave, lemon juice, lime and cointreau. With ice. Sweet potato fries for the fiber obviously. 🥴

The swim challenge sounds great! I wish I has access to a pool, I’d probably swim daily too! You’re killing it, Kat! 🙌🏻 That dinner juice sounds pretty perfect! I don’t think I’ve ever heard of fermented agave (is that like tequila? 😬) And sweet potato fries are a vegetable, so that’s basically like a salad. 👌🏻😂
