I’m trying to lose at least 2 pounds now and I’m finding it really hard, so I’m gonna drink a lot of water today and less at lunch because I only have lunch, then maybe exercise more. Ahhhh!😩
95.3 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
