Still recording everything I eat, but eating WAY too much, and the wrong things. Bread is especially attractive to me lately - seems like I can't get enough of it. The mornings are the worst, but I seem to have a little less indulgence in the late afternoon and early evenings.
111.4 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 43.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Honestly, eating bread isn’t bad. It’s just make sure you don’t eat too much during that day.

I eat bread but it's normally homemade whole grain and seed bread usually with garbanzo bean flour added.

This is where it is a bless to have celiac disease! Not EVEN tempted by bread!

I just read this morning what someone did about pizza cravings: she vowed to only eat pizza on the days of the week ending in DAY!!!!

For me its the evening. It's bad to eat so soon to going to bed. When I was little my sister and I were in an orphanage. She got sick every morning. The nuns that that it would teach her a lesson if I had to clean it up! Go figure. I have never liked to eat in the morning since then.

aintgotaname-Eat the pizza! Just enjoy the delicious toppings and discard the crust. Debbie-if possible, throw out your bread so it's not beckoning you. It's like when your trying to quit smoking an there is a pack of cigs on the counter all day! If you don't want to waste it give it away or freeze it. You'll be fine!
