No starchy carbs is working but I am planning to try a new diet plan most weeks. I have a low boredom threshold ☺. This week is the Military Diet.
92.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
