FBG 5.4. Weight and FBG have drifted up in the last few days after re-introducing my salad at lunch. Not sure what to make of that. Its never simple. Ketones a nice 1.4. I skip dinner tonight.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
