another big binge after dinner last night with a few drinks. I really hope I am not slipping back to past destructive behaviours. I hate the feeling afterwards and the scales never let me get away with it. Not sure how long it will take me to get back to where I was but I'm going to do my very best today to get back on track.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 32.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

its only one day, overall it eill be fine. calorie intake on other days will compensate.🥰

no one got skinny from eating 1 salad and no one got fat from eating 1 donut. Consistency is key. if you over eat on your calories one day, move on and make sure you're eating healthy the next 6 days.

Thanks guys. I totally get that and was just concerned that I had reverted to my old way of eating where I felt out of control. But yesterday I got myself back into gear and today .. so far so good! Geez it helps to have a whinge to those that totally understand the struggles though!
