I know I had about 2000 cal yesterday!😩
It was Saturday and I had to work and I just was bad! 😢 I had pizza and ice cream - enjoyed both though. 😁. May start exercising soon in the form of walking. I will start counting my steps and go little bit more every day. I’m not sure if I’m starting tomorrow. 🤔
91.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
