First day of new beginnings today😀
Is going to take real effort from me🥺🥺

Great day 1 so far!!
Ate an 🍏 at lunch, first 🍏 in prob 10 years!

And, have only consumed 2 cans diet coke so far, normally would be on my 4th!!!
As for water, have drank 1250 mls so far today, generally zero water passes these lips, so doing OK

82 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
