Have not done well at all in this weight-loss thing this week, I am starting to question Keto but I guess I am starting to get leaner. It seems I lost more weight eating corn, chick peas, red kidney beans and meat. Ketones at 1.3mmol/L which is probably worth squat if scales continue to move this slowly. I need to focus on getting more sleep, I have a terrible habit of reading and researching before going to sleep and sometimes I sleep really late.
139.4 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 52.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
