FBG 5.4 and an excellent weight entry. Lowest weigh in on FS and I've been here almost 5 years. Yesterday I fasted (bar 1 big carrot at lunch). I will do this more regularly if I can see fasting numbers like this.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
