My weight went up instead of down. thought I'd done really good foodwise, and exercised 3 days, 3 days more than I had been doing. I expected better, but i'll see what happens after next week.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
