Weighed in a week ago and had a massive jump in weight after the bloody long walk.
I had drank over four litres of water.
Was 60kg gained 1.5kg in water...
Now weighing a happy 60kg again after balancing water and sodium levels 😀
60 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
