Not moving from 60kg so extremely frustrating.
Normally scales don’t phase me, however when in competition the scales matter.
On a positive I’m loving the shape of my body , definitely best condition I e been in for a long time 😊
I’ve managed to control water and sodium
60 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
