Pedometer reading is 23440 steps. Includes 10km run and 9km bike ride.
Noticed something strange as my calories out far outweigh my calories in but no weight loss. I use kitchen scales to measure food quantities and don't exaggerate my exercise routine. Even with a 20% discrepancy I should be loosing weight. Any ideas as to whats going on ? This has been happening for about six months. My weight went from 88 kg middle of last year to about 68kg at Christmas and then from 68 to 63 up until June this year and has been around that mark since.
