Weight Gain, Consequences of my cheat day yesterday even though I went to the gym for 2.5 hrs afterwards and slept at 3:30am so most of the weight gain will probably be attributable to water retention. I will spend most of today rehabbing and food prepping for the week. Feeling good though.
132.1 kg Lost so far: 22 kg.    Still to go: 45.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
