Away all day, just getting around to this. Swam last night, felt off but knocked it out anyways. 811 strokes plus 60 that I forgot to push the button on (grrr) so had to start over. No walk, 10.3 METs, heart rate lower 140s, all in cardio.

Anyways, pics I shot Thursday with crazy ground fog which appeared out of nowhere. Cool looking night.
