Feeling Good, ketones at 1.4mmol/L which is terrible given the effort I am putting in, flying to Rocky today have my gym plan ( I have put of running or long walks and I stick to elliptical machines until I am under 100kg do not want to hurt myself), food plan all ready to go, 6 week challenge weigh in next week here we go. It will be an in-body scan so will get a good idea whether or not I have done well. The fortune in probiotics I am spending is paying off digestion and intestines excellent, I have actually found out that less maybe more, Refrigerated Inner Health Plus 25 Billion bacteria seems and yoghurt seem to do more for me than 2 * 100 billion non refrigerated, so I might stick to Inner health plus. I will be back to veges post challenge weigh-in and slowly ramp up the metabolism in anticipation for Christmas otherwise I will gain weight. I'll chuck in calorie dense items such as almonds, chestnuts, avocado, fatty beef mince and up slowly whilst making sure I do not gain too fast. Anyway that's the theory will see if it works.
123.5 kg Lost so far: 30.6 kg.    Still to go: 36.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What’s the name of the challenge you are doing? Many years ago I did ‘body for life’ and did really well, but at a later stage I injured my left shoulder and right knee doing gym so that was the end of regular gym for me.

Its just a 6 week challenge at my local gym. Injury is my worst nightmare that's why I do not run at the moment use elliptical machine's and I have a PT. Touch wood I do not experience any sort of injury.
