Haven't logged weight in a while, trying to get back to 160kg before the end of the year. This will bring me back to my weight before covid-19 and then will have to update my weight goal for the new year.
175.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
