pedometer for sunday 14,000 steps. spent 6 hours up trees cutting and trimming hard work!had several glasses of wine afterward and ate some chicken ;first time in many, many years as usually mostly vegetarian but starting to change mind. chicken was free range organic cooked in our wood fired pizza oven (never gets used for pizza)
