I hope I am physically OK. Just had a check up, all was well, and I am being good with the diet 90% of the time, yesterday I was bad and still had a loss. It’s a miracle! 😊 Now I am motivated to be good on a Sunday which is always hard to do. Happy Blessed Sunday! 🌺🎄🎄🎄🎄
86.7 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Didn't the check-up confirm you were OK? Just curious why you said you hope you are physically OK. Happy for you - that the check-up went well and that you saw a loss!

I just meant that I keep losing weight even when I’m bad - that is what I meant by I’m wondering if I’m physically OK. I’ll take the loss, even when it’s not my doing.😊

I see what you mean! It's probably fine unless the losses are consistently unaccounted for by the caloric deficit. Of course, blood work is the best way to rule out any problems.
