Jeez I must have given birth in my sleep 🤣🙄🤷 but I suspect I was holding onto water weight and an hour on the stair master yesterday sorted that out.
65.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
