Hey Jomo, I bought some apple cider vinegar. What do you do with it?

Ok, one of the best things to do with it is to use a teaspoon full plus the same amount of lemon juice, in a glass of warm water on rising. Drink this before you eat or drink anything else. You can add a small amount of honey to it if you like. (Raw organic honey please! Not the usual supermarket brands which are mostly adulterated these days) This has been shown to stimulate fat burning - the biochemical process is a bit much to explain here - but this is totally legit. Also you can add a little as a salad dressing along with olive oil. But the early morning practice is the important one. Organic apple cider vinegar with the ‘mother of vinegar’ a cloudy residue in the bottom of the bottle, is required, not some fake product that has been manufactured from straight acetic acid! Vinegar is produced by the fermentation of carbohydrate in the fruit by micro organisms. Natural vinegar production is a slow process, which takes weeks or months and preserves or transforms many of the phytochemical nutrients in the original fruit substrate. So it’s packed with goodies!
