Unfortunately small gain as I had a binge last night couldn’t shake cravings I ended up eating a bunch of dry roasted cashews with rice pudding

Eek! Cashews! They are 😲 so full of calories. That’s how I gained 20kg in 16 months - constantly dipping my hand into the cashew jar. 😮

Ivana... rice pudding my favourite 😍 I love it with rose water and pistachios (ground pistachio topping is a good way to reduce the calories and trick the cravings)... cinnamon topping is also another low calorie alternative..
