lots of exercise means my weight continues to fall past my target. I am entering my first triathlon in a couple of weeks and am pleased I will be not wasting calories humping unnecessary kilos of fat with me round the course.
53.2 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
