wow! I know it's that time of the month so I'm trying not to pay too much attention to the scales but Holy Moley thats a big jump up! I also intentionally upped my calories this week to give myself a diet break. at thr moment it doesn't feel worth it but hopefully I'll be strong minded this week and get back down to where I was.

More walks if you can manage it. My morning walks are now in excess of 2 km, in about 35 minutes- some fairly steep hills on the way. Downhill is always a relief! 😓💦
