Had some poor discipline with chocolate bought for trick or treaters the last few days, at least they were all only treat size! Also reduced the exercise in the run up to Eyeline 1000 ocean swim yesterday, which was horrible but done in the same time as the equivalent pool swim, remarkably!
53.9 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
